Formerly known as WKND Fest, Local Roots is now the host of the monthly pop-up events at Barn 5400 in Petaluma that our local community grew to love and enjoy.
Local Roots is one of Sonoma County’s newest contemporary pop-up shopping experiences: a marketplace of makers, consumers, and collectors alike. As supporters of the “shop small” movement, we aim to increase our county’s rewarding of local, purpose-driven brands by bringing unique shopping experiences to local venues, and by providing a platform for discovery to the creative community we host.
At the recurring, family-friendly pop-up events, you can shop and discover a diverse collection of local artisans and small businesses, enjoy good food and beverages, live music, kids activities and face-painting, and family fun for all ages.
